Engineering Study &
Project Development
Conduct pre-feasibility and feasibility assessments, and economic evaluations.
Establish initial engineering study scope and boundaries.
Identify stakeholders and develop stakeholder management procedures.
Develop integrated organizational and project team structure.
Prepare capital budget estimates and evaluate funding strategies.
Develop project scope options and analyze due diligence reports.
Support peer review, independent project analysis, and risk assessments.
Manage front-end engineering design effort and review detailed scope of work.
Prepare RFP/bid packages and select project execution contractors.
Project Execution
Review project execution plan, project controls and implement earned-value measurement.
Monitor project schedule implementation and budget control.
Monitor and mitigate risks and maintain risk register.
Oversee detailed engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Support commissioning and handover to client operations.
Environmental, Social & Governance
Commission and review environmental impact studies and hydrology studies.
Prepare notice of work applications and secure relevant permits.
Assist with internal and external interactions, including governmental agencies and other stakeholders.
Engage with First Nations communities and support communications.
Facilitate team-building activities and integration exercises.
